Meet Marshmallow Lux. A beautiful caterpillar that Eden found on the frame of the garage door back at the end of August. We kept him and cared for him; learned what he liked to eat, and even had Tracy caterpillar sit him while we were away in Mammoth. While we were gone, he made a cocoon and by the time we got home he was just about ready to come out. The day he came out of the cocoon was actually a Sunday and we had just gotten home from church. After we discovered him in his butterfly state Eden said: "We need to pray to Jesus for marshmallow!" She was just so touched and in awe of the whole experience, and I was equally in awe and touched by her and the wonder and presence of God in her heart and mind.
