Both the kids are pretty into babies these days. Eden has baby fever especially bad. They know that I will not be providing them with any babies so they take every advantage of caring for the babies that their friends have. This is Jill - we refer to her as Jilly bean. Eden loves Jilly bean every bit as much as she loves her older brother and sister. They were all over for a play date the other day and Eden was more interested in Jill than anybody else. Sometimes I feel badly that I didn't have a third just because the kids really do love babies so much. But I take comfort in the idea that they likely would not love the reality of a younger sibling as much as the fantasy of one.
