This is the day that I found out Eden really LOVES hard boiled eggs. It's hard to know whether she truly likes them or mostly just enjoys peeling them, but on this day she ate 7 egg whites. I'm not sure why I feel compelled to document this, but I was pretty blown away at how she kept eating them and asking for more. In fact she would have had more had I not run completely out of eggs.
