With the advent of school it became harder and harder to get Eden to the skate park during hours which were safe (i.e. not over crowded with a bunch pore-teen boys who do not look out). After a couple of after school trips it became apparent to me that if anything happened to either of my kids out there it would be 100% my fault as I had put them in harms way. That's where the skate ramp came in. Jon found it on craig's list (someone was getting rid of it for free) all it needed was a little love. Many hours were logged on it right away. Possibly one of the best things about having a skate ramp in your driveway are the pajama skate jams right before bed.
