Grandpa Lew came to visit this week. We intended to take him camping out at Joshua Tree but the weather did not cooperate for camping with the children so we took him to the children's museum and zoo in San Diego the first day and the botanical gardens in Encinitas on the second day. It is too bad that we could not get out to Joshua Tree but Eden had a blast both days, which was pretty special, because ever since she potty trained I have been wanting to treat her, but she was just so sick that whole time. So the past couple of days really catered to her which for her was a real treat. She especially had fun the day we went to the botanical gardens. At one point while Jon was pushing her in the stroller she said: "Dad, I'm having a really fun day today." Here are some of the pictures Lew took while he was here.
