The day before school started for Eden was my favorite day of the summer hands down. We all rode our bikes down to lowers so Eden could get in a quick surf then we closed out the day at Rivi with friends. It was just one of those perfectly beautiful family days which we savored all the more with the knowledge that life as we knew it would be forever changed with real school starting the following day.
